November 20 and Rewards STILL not working

Come on AARP!  Rewards was down for days and now that it is up, it is NOT working for videos. What is the problem??

I'm having the same problem. I thought it was an issue with the app, but it appears to be a problem on my computer as well. I am logged in, and when I try to earn or redeem points, I receive the error message, "Sorry, we are unable to access your account" with a request to login and refresh. I've tried logging back in multiple times and receive the same error message. This has been going on for a few months, so I tried searching for a fix and it looks like this has been an ongoing problem for several people for a few years. Does anyone have a fix or is it an occasional problem with the AARP site?
