AARP Eye Center
I'm having the same problem. I thought it was an issue with the app, but it appears to be a problem on my computer as well. I am logged in, and when I try to earn or redeem points, I receive the error message, "Sorry, we are unable to access your account" with a request to login and refresh. I've tried logging back in multiple times and receive the same error message. This has been going on for a few months, so I tried searching for a fix and it looks like this has been an ongoing problem for several people for a few years. Does anyone have a fix or is it an occasional problem with the AARP site?
