- deal watcher. Cut coupons and digital coupons. I now go to Aldi for some items that are less expensive there. I check out AARP deals as well. I also stock up when on sale if it makes sense. Bogo's are great as well.
- hotel and rental car.
- I am also somewhat flexible about that list. If I see a product that I use frequently that’s on-sale
- I have always been a sale
- I have saved money in many ways with the information and discounts received from AARP. Gift cards
- I haved saved money by going to store that have a certain percentage off on different days of the week. The AARP rewards program help save money by actually watching what I spend
- I stock up at that time. I also use digital and paper coupons. Some grocery store have a senior discount day. I take advantage of those also. (win)
- I try to find one that lets me get a second entrée for free like sonic so it’s like buying two meals for one
- When I do fast food

I love the sweepstakes you offer on your app! I'm always earning points (and learning something new) watching your videos and taking quizzes. With the points I earn I use them to enter the contests for various gift cards. I also enter offered contests such as this one. 🤞🍀

For CVS I'm a member of the rewards program and I find I save a lot including getting 30% off promotions from them. Also I shop during holidays, for clothes for example, so I get the sales. I also have credit cards that give me points and airline miles which saves me a lot.

I use gift cards to apply toward Christmas and Birthday presents for my grandchildren. I earn these through completing activities on AARP Rewards program, and use the points that I accumulate. A Win-Win for me: saving on purchasing gifts, and being a forever-learner by completing questionnaires, and watching videos, available on AARP Rewards!

I have saved money with reward gift cards for travel with cards for Airbnb and Best Western, most recently on a trip to visit best friends in Seattle. I have saved money on magazine subscriptions and beauty products as well. Plus I have learned valuable health and safety information by watching reward videos. I play games and earn reward points. And those quizzes help me realize what I know and what I don’t!

After several years of enjoying my AARP membership through informative, entertaining articles and fun quizzes which i most always learn something from, I retired, so with the extra time on my hands I dove into the other areas of the site like rewards, where in a short time, I've saved about $60 through purchases of Lowes, Total With, Cracker Barrell and I Hop prepaid discounted cards so far, which I was going to purchase from anyway. Plan on looking every day moving forward to see what offers are new and fit my needs. Don't wait like I did, before you make a purchase, see what savings are available. I plan on making all my past membership dues plus much more savings in coming years. Haven't won any instant spins yet, but onward!

We’ve saved on hotels & rental cars when we travel. Also, I’ve won Intant Wins & saved money on gifts & restaurants. I use my points to enter the Instsnt Wins that I earn from taking quizzes. The quizzes are very informative & some provide ideas on saving money!

Senior Planet. Many of them are about saving money. You can purchase discounted cards and redeem points to get egift cards. Also download Rakuten/Retail Me Not to even get cash back. Don't forget to take advantage of Stores/Restaurants or Entertainment places to get your Senior Discount!!

I shop for groceries at Aldi, I compare prices and I'm saving a lot at Aldi. I don't need a car where I live because everything is in walking distance and I love to walk. I save on not paying car for car insurance, gas and car repairs. We have a free bus that takes us everywhere and to the Mall even the hospital if the weather is bad and I can't walk. It picks me up in front of my condo and drops me off there. I have a bus schedule. I don't miss driving because the traffic is so busy here. I eat out only once in a while because I love cooking.

I have gotten a lot of good ideas on how to save money from the articles. This past year, after reviewing some of the articles on finance, and budget, I have asked for senior discounts for places not necessarily directly listed - and gotten a number of them. I have reduced my expenses on several monthly and annual bills just for asking. I also have started looking for senior discounts above and beyond what AARP lists and found a number of places where I can save if I shop on the right days: The local Goodwill offers senior discounts on Wednesday, for example. The department store Ross for Less recently moved into my area. Their senior discount day is Tuesday - and seniors get 10% off their purchase. These - and the ones AARP does mention directly - have added to what funds I keep in my own pocket.

I look for coupons that i can use at places that i go and discounts that i can get to save money. I also use the rewards i get for redemptions on gift cards so that i can save more on items that i am already using or going to buy. I also read the articles on saving money and incorporate a lot of those in my life.

Stocking my mini fridge and desk drawer with lunch for the week has really saved me a lot of money that used to go on fast food. At the same time, I am eating healthier. Eating healthier has also helped me save on dinner for the family by cooking healthier meals instead of picking up fast food. When I do go out, using the local discounts from AARP has helped cut back on expenses as well.

We have been saving a lot of money, most of the time, cooking at home and moreover we are vegetarians. When we gather we will have a small potluck so that everybody can save some. Restrict traveling if not needed and plan for a long trip by taking road trips rather flying. It might not work for all
