Hello, I read articles that interests me, and there are many in AARP main website. Thank you first. Now as for rewards program the points programs by taking quizzes and watching same videos are not very challenging or necessary. You can even call it boring. I do enjoy the free gifts sometimes with the points. Now discount gift cards are good too. Also the Holidays hidden gifts are too cute. Thanks again. It is indeed a good club for seniors who wants to stay informed.

I love earning rewards for doing activities I would do anyway, like watching exercise videos (and participating) to stay healthy, especially the 10-minute workouts because, honestly, sometimes 10 minutes is all I can muster. I also watch recipe videos to get ideas for meals and side dishes, so not only do i end up with delicious food, but earn rewards points at the same time! I also love playing games like crossword puzzles and trivia challenges, and i gain rewards points for that too! Do i even have to mention the helpful videos on how to discuss difficult topics with loved ones, or ways to improve my home to make life easier or things that will help it sell faster? Sometimes at night, i like to watch the meditation videos to clear my mind at the end of a busy day. I also signed up for various newsletters that keep me informed right in my inbox.
I find the AARP rewards program invaluable, even though I never actually win any of the sweepstakes prizes. Sometimes the "win" is just the experience of having fun and/or gaining knowledge.
Have fun exploring!

More than forty years ago I graduated with a degree in Horticulture. My favorite class was Woody Ornamentals and each week while in field trips, we’d learn 20 new plants each week. This included having to memorize their botanical/Latin names, growing attributes, planting preferences, etc.
Now many years later, when walking through botanical gardens while traveling, I try to recall as many botanical names as possible. It’s a good test for my memory and lets me reflect on an earlier time of my life that brought me great joy.

I love watching the videos on items that can affect my daily life, such as AI scams, quick exercises to improve my health, and easy recipes to make. By watching these videos and reading articles on the AARP website, I am improving my overall life and earning rewards to use for sweepstakes to earn gift cards.
As a mother of two Adult special needs children, my free time is valuable to me. I like being able to read on the things that affect me and my children as we grow older. My health has really declined in tne last twelve years and I find that everything I read in my AARP newsletter helps me in various ways. I am always interested in making my life as a caregiver easier in any way possible.

I believe that sometimes we may feel overwhelmed that we cannot control enough of our time, or our environment, to allocate time for ourselves. However, I find tuhat consistency in prioritizing self care time each day, creates routine that affects all aspects of my life. Often it comes in small stretches of time. For example, sometimes sitting in contemplation and other times doing stretches and balance exercises while watching meditation videos. Another thing I enjoy is challenging my mind with Staying Sharp games. I appreciate games like Path Finder because I can see top players on line names and scores and set a goal of competing with and once in a while seeing my name up there as well! I can check my mental agility and progress with the Assessment options and also very much enjoy the many quizzes that encompass a wide range of topics to educate and amuse me. And of course, the accumulation of rewards points that I use to purchase gift cards. I enjoy the challenge of combining sales and coupons to further stretch those dollars. Small increments of time, allocated throughout a day or week can nurture mind, body and soul.
