Every morning while drinking coffee I do all of my AARP Rewards activities and reading interesting articles provided by AARP on the website. Everything here is beneficial and easy to access. It is a plus that you are able to earn while learning!

I do all the usual word, puzzle and number games as well as jig saw puzzles as often as I'm able (which is often since I'm now retired).I I try to eat right and get as close to 8 hours of sleep at night. I walk at least 5 miles a day, which I think...
