Carnival gift hold but not showing in transactions
Yesterday I tried buying carnival gifts cards. The first time the site said cart expired after it took my CC but my credit card is showing pending for the amount I was buying. Went in a second time and after I put in my cc info again it gave me a error but it is now showing another pending charge for the amount. Neither of these purchases is showing in my transaction history. Has the happened to anyone else?

Good morning
Same issue with me and they still have not resolve the pending transactions since Monday. My bank will not release the amount money they have pending until they close the pending transaction. Call AARP THEY STATED 24 HOURS. IT IS NOW FRIDAY, STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS HORRIBLE BUSINESS. MY ERROR WAS SHOWING ON AARP END (THERE WAS PROBLEM PROCESSING MY PAYMENT).OBVIOUSLY IT WASNT IF THEY CHARGE MY CARD.

@CherylK342674 Thanks for letting us know! If the purchase was unsuccessful, the authorization hold will automatically be released within 3 to 7 days; this holding period can vary from bank to bank. Please feel free to send us a private message if you need further assistance with your account! - Janelle M.

@TinaC516036 I'm not seeing any current gift card purchases or emails not sent. Pending charges for transactions that did not go through will fall off within 72 hours. If you notice that you have a charge that posts and you did not receive the gift card email to your inbox or spam folder, be sure to let me know so I can get to the bottom of it, I'm here to help! @PhillipS46470 I'm terribly sorry to hear your AARP Rewards experience was less than ideal, Phillip. If the purchase was unsuccessful, the authorization hold will automatically be released within 3 to 7 days, though this period can vary by bank. If you'd like me to check your account to confirm the purchases did not go through, please send me a private message with your complete name, mailing address and email address, so I can look into it. You may need to enable your private messages, here is an article with steps to do that: https://aarp.info/47hWcl7. I'm also so disappointed to learn that we've lost your membership support as well. I hope you reconsider and give us another shot. I'm always here to help if you need anything. - Janelle M.

Same issue for me. I ordered 2000 worth of gift cards yesterday and never received them. Been over 24 hours. Not even sure what I can do. Something changed recently because you used to get them instantly and they used to be 10% now only 8%. Where did the other 2% go? I really need mine asap because I am getting on a ship tomorrow!

Yes, yesterday I 'ordered' five $25 Lowes cards and gave my CC info. Same thing, it froze up. Two more times. Now my CC has the purchase pending three times (even though 5 cards is the monthly max) and I have not received even one of the E cards.
