I think you could redeem for both if you really liked JCPenneys. But you're right the extra credit one should be a cheaper value.

In November and December (of 2025) my husband and I both redeemed for $5 Kohls gift cards. I went to use them today (Sunday, 2/8) and the links are expired. Yes, I know I can contact AARP and have them re-sent but I can't do that until a business d...

When I was shopping online at Kohls last week they only let me put 4 gift cards in.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm thinking--who cares about earning *more* points if I can't redeem the points I already have? Everyone will be rushing to redeem their 3 rewards once the site is up no matter what they're offering. It'll be a mess.
