Keep trying. I was finally able to get the Kohl's and Amazon card. The lessons pages were still goofed up, but it allowed me to redeem the points for the cards. Share your pain.

I agree with you. Every month the extra rewards is broken. I've tried completing the Extra Credit lessons. Sometimes they show complete other times they never complete. Tonight some the pages showed duplicates. Unfortunately, It seems like this will ...

AARP Extra Credit rewards are not working. I've done the videos and quizzes for each category. I'm still not able to redeem anything.How come this happens every month? PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!

Figured it out. I viewed another video and my points came back. I did a capture of the screen to send to support. I was able to get the Lands End offer after watching one video for more points.
