I asked for my benefits to start from Jan 2025, I was 62 and 9 months then. Thanks for the link to the info! Hoping and praying that my application is approved soon, really need the payments.

I chose January 2025 as my starting month. I was 62 and 9 months back then. I am a US Citizen from birth and have dual citizenship with Spain too.My birthday is April 19th (63). But what has me worried is I can't even login to my SSA account, I just ...

I spent 100 minutes today on hold trying to get through to Social Security in the US… time wasted. I guess my next step is the Embassy but they’re impossible to get a hold of too…. Shameful after contributing all my life to the system 😢
