I found the previous rewards site easier to navigate. For example all the gift cards were in one place and you could break them down by kind (e.g., restaurants, shopping) Now it seems like you have to scroll through all the rewards. Also there isn...

I liked getting physical gift cards. I am less likely to get them buried in my e-mail and they make a nice enclosure as a gift. I think it was an assumption (by the new program) without evidence that everyone prefers e-cards.
