I was finally reached out by the agent today, I was told I need to verify my email name and address and he will escalate the claim.

I'm told they have escalated the claim and I will be contacted, but I've already been contacted by the agent and I've called him and left voicemails and he hasn't answered or replied once in the last 5 days
