Found out -- https://eldercare.acl.gov/Public/Index.aspx -- this is nuts!  I clicked on your link and got that other message but this one works = in any event thanks so much!!!

Well, got this message and then its link did work == The URL you are trying to access is retiring. Please update your bookmarks to the new URL for Eldercare Locator, https://eldercare.acl.gov.   At least I'm going in the right direction.
