I agree with most of your comments, but I am not sure if they are listening to any of the suggestions for making changes. I wasn't a member of the old AARP program, but I've seen other rewards programs I belong to make "improvements" which were real...

I'm a fairly new member, but from what I see of GC options, there are about equal distribution of $10 and $5 GC for members and non-members (mostly $5 GC and a few $10 GC). For me, the types available for members are much better than the ones availab...

Also if you click on the "Official Rules" link, it doesn't show up on that list. Makes me wonder if it is even a real entry, but they do deduct your points when you play it.

Well hopefully you have better luck than I did. In January I tried to redeem a points only gift card. I got a message saying the redemption happened but it would take awhile to update my points. I never got the email for the card, and when I went b...
