no matter what ... changing password, changing browser, clearing cache/cookies ... keep getting redirected to login page when trying to access any content, even content that is not available only to members - which I am for now
@CharlesL594431 Hi. Is that for today or always? I’ve been getting that a lot more than usual today, in particular . I’m On the app on tablet. It happens every now and again, but more so today. So what you’re experiencing, is that a constant thing all the time?
Forgot to add…On one of the log-in screens there was a small note that said they were experiencing technical difficulties and were working on it.
“experiencing technical difficulties” yeah right I’ll bet it’s
more like deliberate difficulties.
I have often had to log back in after a series of rewards-earning activities, so I am used to that (and I often have seen the message about technical difficulties but could get in if I tried again one or more times). This has been all afternoon, though; and I even get redirected to the login page when I try to access any content from the homepage that shows me logged in and that show my rewards balance, so this is something different for sure. I'm a little surprised I have been able to get into the community forum to share these messages.
