I'm 65, married for 35 years, and "mom" to 8 cats and 2 dogs, all seniors and rescues and most with special needs. I've spent most of my work life as a freelance editor, proofreader, and translator (German/English) for various publishers. I have some painful health issues and would love to do something less stressful and part-time. I'd like to work at home, but that's not a necessity. I'm willing to go back to school, if a program takes 2 years or less. I love knitting, animals, reading, traveling, the beach, learning new things.
