Thanks for trying to help. Tried the chat system but nobody home but some chatbot that offered nothing new. You'd think a website geared toward seniors would be WAY MORE intuitive to navigate and set up. I'm struggling to see the value in continuing ...

I was able to get to My Settings and then Preferences, but there is no tab for Private Messenger.
