Update 10/2024: I'm the original "poster" of the original post/complaint under my sign-in for my mom's coverage. OK, so I've signed-up for Delta Dental for my wife and me. Delta/AARP offered the best dental plan among all of the others we researched....

Got my elderly mom enrolled last summer in advance of some major dental work. It saved her thousands of dollars. The work still cost her thousands, but the AARP/Delta insurance did indeed save her a lot. $34/month isn't too bad for that.

I enrolled my mom in the AARP/Delta Dental Plan. We’ve successfully signed in the website a number of times using his email address as the username. Now it won’t let us in. When we select “Forgot Username.” It takes us to a series of online forms th...
