Via needs drivers that show more respect for the public

Hey. Like I say about Via, they use equipment similar to a private automobile. For a while, they have mainly focusing on hiring young drivers or Mexican immigrants. Lets turn the tables so that way they can hire some of us. I have a funny feeling if one of us drove for Via, we would be seeing much more quality of drivers. At least they would be getting drivers that don't do stupid things such as turn on rubbish on the van's stereo or space out to their phones while the van is moving.
