Sometimes people at the HR will say, you have to be able to lift over 50 pounds. Well, physical therapy is the trick to make that happen. It might not get rid of grey hair, but it would make our muscles feel like we are young college-aged kids. Hitting the gym is a good way to "shave some years" off your age. The YMCA is a very popular workout center and they are all over the United States. They have just about every excercise machine there is on the market. And with your mp3 player, you can turn on some Mozart as you train your muscles. Some major employment centers will even have wellness centers onsite.
Seniors are just antique people rich with history.
