Mercy Hospital St. Louis is always short on staff in EVS and in dietary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis seems to always coming up short on some staff.  Espeically in the EVS in the Heart Hospital and in the Children's Hospital and sometimes in the AM for the kitchen for those who deliver food.  We need some floor techs and someone to clean rooms.  Reason why I post here is that those over the age of 50 can go to Mercy's website and apply online.  I did give the HR department a couple of websites that lists job openings for those over 50.  I have seen many posts in this fourm stating that they have been out of work for quite a while and are trying to find work.
