Some newer floor machines are being redesigned to make easier operation for those over 50

Tennant seems to be on the war path in helping businesses hire people over the age of 50 to serve as floor techs.  They made the Speedshine 1600 and that is a burnisher and Nobles also makes them.  They take a 20 inch pad.  It has a tilt lever for the neck in the back of the machine.  

Seniors are just antique people rich with history.
