COVID AFFECTS ON 50 AND UNEMPLOYED

So I was unemployed before the pandemic so now my job search is more dificult. Any sugguestions ?

I don't have specific suggestions because I am out of work too. 

And it isn't just my age that is a barrier to employment. 

I have enough education to satisfy most job requirements, not all jobs require Master degrees. 

But my salary requirements are healthy and normal. 

I need enough to live, to pay for healthcare, my car, home, retirement. 

Many employers now, with this pandemic, will use it to clean house. 

And wages will remain suppressed. 

I think many of us age 50 and over are going to have an enormous time, if what we're looking for is a healthy, experienced level salary.
