Congratulations - Mr. Frank Bisignano - 18th Commissioner of the SSA

Congratulations to our 18th Social Security Commissioner -Financial Services Industry Leader Mr. Frank Bisignano.  I think he is gonna do a great job with his background in payment systems - maybe we are about to come into the 21st Century in technology to help Social Security  do their jobs efficiently and maybe make it easier to stop overpayment.
