CTA 102 by the byrds.   The CTA catalogue from Cal Tech group A object 102.   It turns our to be a quasar but it was hoped that it was a sign of intelligent life, hence the Byrds amusing song.    The song was mentioned inthe original scientific paper discussing what CTA 102 actually is.
