William Tell Overture by Rossini (aka the Lone Ranger theme song).  I used to play parts of this piece for my senior exercise class when we were walking around the room warming up our muscles,  and some of my older class participants, mostly the men (in their 70s and 80s) would jump around the room like they were riding a horse!
