"Never Been Any Reason" - Head East - One of my favorites and hadn't heard it in a long time.

"I Surrender" - Head East - Rainbow did a cover of this that was a bigger hit than the original.

Electric Castle Live and Other Tales - Aryeon

This is a live performance of a metal rock opera that was recorded in 1998 titled Into the Electric Castle. Following the rock opera are several outstanding selections from Aryeonโ€™s extensive back catalog. Aryeon is a European supergroup organized by Dutch composer, Arjen Lucassen. Played it through the big speakers today. Magnificent!

I wanted to check it out. But, All I saw was the song Breathe and and some interviews. Was that supposed to be Hey Jude?  But, after checking out Breathe, somehow it reminded me of Bread; Guitar Man.

@dl73698250 , I think the new album is called "Jude" and there isn't a "Jude" song. I like Bread's songs.

I like "Love Never Dies"   - by Julian Lennon, an emotional song (on that album).

The Metal Opera Pt 1 and Pt 2  (two separate albums) - Avantasia

Iโ€™ve been hooked on these two albums for the past few days. These were the first two albums for the Avantasia project, a European supergroup. Amazing composition by Tobias Sammet. Sammet said that it was inspired by the witch-hunts of the 16th and 17th centuries that occurred near where he grew up in Germany. The masterpiece within the entire work is this piece โ€ฆ

The Seven Angels.

Apocalyptica (again) - I listen to "Sacra" almost everyday.

Going through and listening to different songs on their You Tube channel, I found a song that they did twice with different guest vocalists. Thought that was very interesting to hear the different emotions and sounds (for lack of a better word) of the same song with the same band. Nothing like a cover. Liked both versions.

John Waite Essentials on Apple Music

Heard a song of his the other day, and realized I havenโ€™t listened to his music in a while. This playlist has so many great songs on it. I especially like this duet that he did with Alison Krauss. Perfect harmonies, it is absolutely gorgeous! This also works for Great Covers.
