How about the "other" love song. Not about breakups or lost loves, but the love that is not returned.

My first choice would be a beautiful love song that most people may not think of as unrequited.

I also have listened to most all of these others listed recently....& for some reason that song brought back memories that the others hadn’t ...but maybe because they were so familiar...whereas Expressway....never got much airplay or known by hardly anyone.... unlike others.

How many 45s do you have? 🤔

Thanks and you're welcome @Therapist4u . I don't have many 45's left due to moving (lost items) and other assorted life's little "get-in-the-ways". I have one of those little cases left, hand stretch of lp's and about 10 eight tracks (can still play them). I have packed them for their safety and now am too old to dig them out. 😊 Have a few cassettes and cd's. Haven't been able to afford much in a long while. Thank goodness for the internet to find old favorites and discover new ones. Also information I never knew about groups back then.

I know what you mean about ones not getting much airplay. I always hated great songs that didn't get the appreciation. And others that got too much (probably for kickback). 🎧
