Stressors/Pressures of Everyday Life

As I’m coming to two years of the worst times of my life, both personally and professionally, I’ve noticed there are a lot of rock songs out there that deal with the Stressors/Pressures of everyday life. I thought it would be a great topic to explore. Songs with pressure in the title are obvious, but I’m hoping this will bring out other, more subtle songs that address these issues. I will start with one of my all time favorites in this area-

”We gotta get out of this place” by The Animals

By a New York underground counter culture band of the sixties that was nationally known, THE FUGS.

Their songs were somewhat lewd, quite funny at the time, and harsh on the ears.

One of their "hits" was My Baby Done Left Me(and I feel like homemade _______).

Sorry folks, I am not allowed to post the entire title of their "hit" because it violates the guidelines.

You can find it on YouTube.

Amazing! I remember this group…and their “hits”…another one was “Do You Like       A Lot”

Never thought that I would hear that another person had ever heard of them.
