“Rainy Night in Georgia” !! A little before my time (of really listening to music) but nothing quite compares to it. My Mama loved it and she’s the reason I know and still love it. Definitely a keeper throughout the decades.
FMG ... from Georgia of course!

"Sunshine" always makes me cry. No matter how many times I hear it sung. I also love Cliff DeYoung's version, which was used as the soundtrack in the 1973 made-for-tv movie "Sunshine" (co-starring Cliff, Cristina Raines, Brenda Vaccaro & then toddler twins Lindsay & Sydney Greenbush).
