Tell us about yourself:
I have always been interested in books and movies. When I was younger, I would be a seller at various flea markets selling books, as a sideline to my main job. I met a lot of great people that way with similar interests. I would have liked to own a book store, but that did not happen. After my Dad passed away, I moved to an Independent Living Facility. and guess what? They needed a Librarian! So I guess my passion worked out after all.
Area of knowledge and what I know well:
Books and Movies, but I do like history. I try to improve myself every day and learn many subjects. I definitely want to learn a language (or 2).
Certificates/Awards
I did not go to college but did courses related to my job for 3 years (business).

I am reading The Nickel Boys by Colson Whitehead.  He had written the book The Underground Railroad.  The book is about a "school" for delinquents, highlighting the mistreatment of blacks in this reformatory vs the white boys.  It is  a brutal observ...

Of course Danny Boy will be the most favorite, but I also like When Irish Eyes are Smiling.  Easy to sing along to and such a happy song, the opposite of Danny Boy.  With words It's like a morn in spring, in the lilt of Irish laughter, you can hear t...
