SONG TITLE WORD ASSOCIATION
Okay
This is meant to be a long running topic . The rules are simple and there are a zillion songs out there, so lets see what we can do with this.
You start with a song title. Let's use Love in an Elevator - Aerosmith
You look at that title, pick out one word from it and find a new song title with that word in it,( example, In & Out of Love - Bon Jovi) then post the new title as your post. The next person follows. See easy
So lets give it a try. My title is Love in an Elevator - Aerosmith.

from: 99 RED BALLOONS
to: WHERE DO THEY MAKE BALLOONS? - They Might Be Giants, 2002
millineutron: I was contemplating shouting "Uncle", then figured I better concentrate on "rhapsody" and not "bohemian"! This Song Title thread has been running way too long - I didn't want to be the one to bring it to an end! (It would have made you quite the champ, however, so you can savor what you almost accomplished, I guess!)
And an additional thought: there are a lot of resourceful people posting here, so someone would have met your challenge, had I not done so!

gatorgorilla-- there's also Rhapsody in the Rain by Lou Christie, which I wasn't familiar with because it was banned in 1966! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DdKzdO0ItsE

millineutron:
Thank you for this post & the link to Lou Christie's RHAPSODY IN THE RAIN.
I just listened to it & was LOL - imagining that song being banned in 1966! I am not too surprised that it was banned, but boy have standards been blown wide open in this country since then! (In Spring of 1966 I graduated from high school, so am using that to put the song in context, in my mind...)
Congrats on becoming a Social Butterfly! (I have not figured out how one moves along & qualifies for the upgrades in classification; it does not seem to be tied strictly to the number of posts a person has made.) Kinda silly, but it's fun to notice you've moved up a notch in your ranking...
