ABC's of Song Titles

Not sure if this has been done before (got tired of searching after 20 or 30 pages and search function doesn't always provide expected results).

List a song title with it's group/singer alphabetically. A - Z and start over. I think there should be a song somewhere for every letter. Any year is acceptable. Double postings are ok.

Starting off with:

   A Hard Day's Night  - Beatles

 For the letters Q, X and Z:

When those letters come up, you may skip them and post the next letter. Or, you can post a Q, X or Z and post the next letter if you wish. Either choice is fine.

   Homeward Bound           Simon And Garfunkel

Now that SNL is on my mind, way back in December ‘75, this song was used with a Gary Weiss short film at the very end of Season 1, episode 8.  ….it was simply people greeting each other at JFK’s International arrivals.  I still remember it.

I’ll see if I can find that on YouTube.  I don’t think I ever saw that.

It never fails, right before heading to the gym this morning, I see a post here with a song that stays in my head, happily.  Heading out to store,  I now see your post here with that catchy tune I now have in my head., again, happily !  These song threads are great for that!  Thanks!😊
