i changed my email, purchased 3 gift cards for points last month never recieved, purchased 3 gift cards for points this month never recieved, contacted 3 different people thru chat they tried resending them nothing, i give up, wasting my time earning points and i get nothing for them, i can't even get a private message on my account, some people can others can't. why is everyone having problems on this website all of a sudden, anyonr have an answer?

I've been getting the same error since November. Tried multiple times to get it corrected. Everytime I try to call the number in the email I get after it gets "escalated" I get "please try again later". Every single time. I've tried one last time earlier this week. It's supposed to be "escalated" again. Haven't heard back yet.

I've was told I could resume redeeming points the next day, so the next day came and still got the same message. Tried contacting customer service and was told to wait an extra day, I did still doesn't working. I replied to the email I was sent and haven't heard a single word back. Talk about the worst customer service I've ever seen! Each time I get told a lie and another lie.
