missing carnival gift card that i purchased

I purchased 5 carnival gift cards and only received 4 in my email.   I have all the reference numbers,   How do i get ahold of someone to resolve this?

@LindaM726451 Hi Linda, I'm sorry to hear that you did not receive all 5 of the emails. I checked your account and see the email was re-sent on June 10 when you gave us a call. Let me know if you still haven't received it and I will get it taken care of.
