It would be nice if they gave you credit for using the points. I noticed that on the first I used 20,000 points and got no credit for using them.

I can understand your concern, @PaulaO654805. However, the header of the $1,000 Spring into Winning Sweepstakes it's correct. You will be deducted 800 points per entry. You can choose from the drop down the amount of entries, up to 10 (which it will be a total of 8000 points). It is 800 points for a single entry and 8000 points if you enter the max number of 10.  You don't have to enter the max number, you can only spend 800 points and enter one time if you want, but I don't know if anyone ever enters these with less than the max number of entries, since that means you have even less of a chance of winning.
