It would be nice if they gave you credit for using the points. I noticed that on the first I used 20,000 points and got no credit for using them.

It seems that once a month they take your points, but don't give you credit. It looks like that happens on the first day of the month. In my case it was about 20,000 points that went down the drain, almost three days worth.
