Who do I contact if a reward never came through email?
I am not sure what the appropriate avenue is for this, but does anyone know how I go about contacting AARP Rewards for a redemption code I was supposed to get a few months ago? It was for a AARP Travel Center $100 Hotel Coupon. After I redeemed, I forgot about it until I wanted to use it to book a hotel for the upcoming holidays. The redemption shows in my transaction history but I apparently never got an email with the code. How can I look up what that code is?

Hi @RyanW685508, I can take a look into this. Please send me a private message with your name and email address.

Hi Diana, thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, I do not seem to have the option in my profile to enable private messages. When I follow your instructions, the tab for "Private Messenger" does not appear. If I go to my profile and click on "My Private Messages" in the Quick Links area, I get an error that says "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action." Is there a way around this that I may be missing?
