Unable to Send Private Msg to fix Error: "Unable to process your redemption request"

So I got this error, can't get it resolved and I am seriously doubting that a private msg will help at this point. But I don't have this tab when I go to enable my private msg. What is being done to address these issues that so many of us are experiencing?
