When will you fix the month-end disaster #2?

Again this month your system could not keep up with people doing quizes and videos. As other people experienced, I sufficed the Extra Credit requirements all for naught!!! I spent 45 minutes retrying to REDEEM a gift card. Then I gave up. The response was always "We are experiencing technical difficulties in processing your request. Please retry in a few minutes. Thank you for your patience."

 

This happens EVERY MONTH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

CAN'T YOU FIX THIS ????????????

 

IS MANAGEMENT AWARE OF THIS HUGE PROBLEM ????????

This is bull.  Why don't AARP support people get ID's like our and just do the Extra Rewards on the 1st.   It is not this user.  It is not their browser.  This is not isolated.  IT IS EVERYONE.   HOW ABOUT ACCESSING YOUR SITE LOGS AND SEE ALL THE ERRORS.   SEE ALL THE TIMEOUTS.   IT IS THE SITE.     Every month people complain - JUST GET IDs LIKE OURS AND 
USE YOUR SITE.

This is a UNIVERSAL PROBLEM !!! No need to look at just my account. Most people who stay up to midnight on the 1st experience this. You in Consumer Care should experience this for yourselves. We are getting ROBBED of gift cards we want !!!!!!!!

 

Your Technical people have to address this computer server performance issue !!!!
