Unable to process your redemption request

I keep getting this error message: "Unable to process your redemption request" when trying to enter sweeps or instant wins. I have restarted my browser, cleared the cookies, etc. Nothing works. Please help

@jim2b2001 Were you able to get this fixed?  I have a friend who has the same issue, and I told her she should contact customer support, but she didn't have success the last time she contacted customer support on another issue, so she didn't think it was worth the bother.  But I was just wondering if you had any luck with this issue.  Thanks.

Glitch! I've been having a similar error for over 5months now whenever i try to edit my spouse information (Error updating user spouse information.)
