Nope! The rules are still not there, even at reset. I recall this happening before, with the same sort of Instant Win, Walmart play for a chance to win, 1 of 30 players, and the rules were never added. The Instant Win just disappeared. I wonder if it will happen again.

Finally happened. The Walmart Instant Win no longer shows up. And still not in the rules. I wonder if it was even working properly. Did anyone actually win one of these on the 2 days it was available, or did I just waste 100 points on this IW?

No I did not win. I entered on 3 days so out 150 points.  Too many problems on this site.  Missing rules many times.  Rules are required by the Federal Trade Commission or the organization running the sweepstakes/instant wins can be fined for each violation.

Yeah, like the 3 new sweepstakes last month, Janelle stated she had reported it, yet the rules were NEVER added. I was wondering if there were any legalities to this.
