Urgent: Account Access Issue & Problems with Recent Gift Card Purchases (Adidas, Macy's, Airbnb)

I am writing to report a critical issue regarding recent gift card purchases and a subsequent account access problem.

 

Two days ago, I purchased gift cards for Adidas, Macy's, and Airbnb, totaling $1200. While the payment was successfully processed, I have not received any confirmation emails or emails containing the gift card codes.

 

I contacted customer service regarding the missing codes, but they simply stated the issue would be escalated to the gift card team for support. However, I have not received any assistance from the gift card team, and the situation remains unresolved.

 

To further complicate matters, I am now experiencing an account access issue. A persistent pop-up message appears stating: "Sorry, we are having trouble accessing your account. Click to login and refresh." Despite numerous attempts, I cannot log in.

 

This situation is extremely concerning, as I have no confirmation of my gift card purchases and am now unable to access my account. I request urgent assistance with the following:

 

  1. Locate and Deliver Gift Card Codes: I require immediate assistance in locating and receiving the gift card codes for Adidas, Macy's, and Airbnb.

  2. Resolve the Account Access Issue: I need immediate access to my account to investigate the status of my gift card purchases and manage my account settings.

  3. Provide a Clear Resolution Plan: I request a detailed explanation of the steps being taken to address both the missing gift card codes and the account access issue.

I have attached copies of all transaction receipts related to the gift card purchases as evidence.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this urgent and critical matter.

Update. already 1 weeks still no email, no call, nothing. idk what to do.$1400 gift card purchase. i lost my money, my time, my right!

the tabs of Private Messenger doesnt exist in my Preferences Tab.

Having the same problem. Cannot access anything on the app. Just get the message

              Please tap refresh to try reloading

  If the problem persists, please contact support

 

tap on contact support and nothing happens.
