Rewards for the month - cart is telling me wrong info

 I love the reward purchase options, but I often forget. I tried to purchase today's daily deal and the pop-up window in my cart is stating I have already purchased 4 out of 5 of the limit of 5 per month. This is my first purchase of the month, so my first thought was that maybe somebody hacked my account (don't laugh - I know it seems silly that someone would hack my AARP account, but it was the first thing that popped into my head). After paying for the daily deal, I checked my transactions (on the rewards page) and could easily confirm that there have been no other purchases on my account. Has anyone else experienced this?/

I'd love to read the private message, but when I try to open private messages I get an "Access denied" message. (And yes, I'm logged in). Any other ideas?
