Unable to complete Daily Deal Transaction

Today, I got the Daily Deal in my cart, but am told thet

Something went wrong with your transaction. Please try again or contact AARP Rewards Support at 1-866-451-6305.

After trying several times, I went back to the Redeem page and was told it was 'SOLD OUT'.  The cards are still in my cart.

I got the same message today on the Lowes Daily deal and wasn't able to complete the transaction despite having the Lowes gift cards in my cart.  There have been lots of issues and errors on the AARP Rewards this past week and the site probably couldn't handle the load of people trying to purchase the cards.
