For several months now, I've been unable to redeem my points for anything (Points only rewards OR Instant Wins or Sweepstakes). I had raised this issue a while back and your IT team reached out to me stating that the issue was fixed, but unfortunately, the issue still persists.
Whenever I attempt to redeem anything, I get the error message "Unable to process your redemption request". I would really appreciate it if you could take a look and find a resolution.
