Three months of technical issues since September.
Can we start a thread of everyone experiencing redemption issues so we can start a list to send to AARP? There has been no fix for this for months. They need to offer a solution. We've paid for a membership and we should all be able to use the benefits from it.

So now I can add a second issue to the list. I just redeemed 24000 pts for the Macy's card and it has come with a zero balance. Time to wait again to get a replacement. So I might be waiting until December 5 because you have to wait 5 full business days for them to check it out. That means until closing on Friday December 2 and they are not there on the weekends. They are on Thanksgiving break until November 28. So the first business day is Monday to start the 5 day countdown.

This is an ongoing problem for many of us! Every time I log into Rewards and try to click on Earn or Redeem I immediately get knocked back to login again and again. This website hasn't worked well in months but the last 2 weeks have been a joke. AARP really needs to solve this once and for all as your "down for maintenance" is not fixing the problems. I haven't been able to earn points or redeem for 3 days now, and the daily sweeps keep saying "No longer available". This is a good way to drive members away from the site.

I can start. My husband just redeemed for the $5 Target card. They subtracted the points but hot the message that they were having technical issues. He then received the email with the link to redeem. And lo and behold that gift card has a zero balance. I did a check and it showed that the $5 was used at Willowbrook on October 16, 2022 at 4:18pm. So they sent him a gift card that was used over a month ago. So who used it? Sure seems fishy.

Just talked to Chat Support, was told they are aware and will send a new gift card in 3 to 5 business days for those who are affected. Let's see if that holds true.
