I agree with all of this - the same glitches every month & this has been occurring for years. It's very frustrating to have to redo the Extra Credit activities several times to get it to count, complete all of the activities, then not be able to actually get any of the items!

@170760g I'm sorry you're having trouble! What are the glitches? Why are you not able to get any of the items? Are they sold out by the time you get to them? Here are some tips: All videos must be watched until the end to receive points. If you navigate away from the window to turn your focus to something else, the video will pause, and you will not earn points. Please return to the video to continue watching. You will not earn points if you try to fast-forward during video play. Have you fully completed your activity? Quizzes, tools, and calculators require you to submit the answers or required information to receive points at the end of the activity. At the beginning of each month, when the Extra Credit activities become available, there have been numerous technical errors and difficulties to complete the activities. This has been happening each month for at least the past 2 years or more and numerous complaints by members have been posted. Having to do the same activity multiple times before points are awarded, videos not loading properly, and getting error messages after the activity is completed are some of the issues we are experiencing. I hope you can pass the message through the proper channels to get the technical issues fix that begin at the start of each month at 12 midnight ET.

The monthly Extra Credit activities are extremely popular and cause an influx of traffic to the website when they go live. Thanks, Janelle M., I appreciate you passing along my feedback to your team. Because of the technical difficulties, it takes a good chunk of time to complete the activities before the more popular rewards are sold out. This causes a lot of frustration where I no longer look forward to the new monthly Extra Credit activities. It is no fun to start each month being frustrated. Hopeful that your team will surprise us with Extra Credit activities that will run smoothly and stress-free.

I expect more people are trying to get these extra credit GC, since the rest of the month is so lackluster with offers. I know in the past I would skip the $5 extra credit GC and wait for $10 GC to show up later in the month. Now that is happening less frequently, so I try for at least 1 extra credit GC so I don't waste all of my 3 redemptions for the month. And you have to do these right when they show up (or as soon as possible) because most of the good ones sell out fast (as I see right now that 4 of the 6 are already sold out)

The errors and tech issues are worse this month, and the reason for posting was to vent my frustration. You would think that all of the technical issues would have been resolved by now. It seems not a month goes by without some issues.

Or you can just keep trying until it works. I started at 11pm CST for the Home Depot GC. Did each of the earn activities 2 to 4 times before they all showed up as complete. Then just kept refreshing my screen and clicking on the redeem button (sometimes the redeem button would show up, sometimes an error message). Did this until I got the message saying rewards are limited to one, which I assumed meant it finally went through. Then waited about 5 minutes and the rewards email showed up. So took about 25 minutes to do something that should only take about 5 minutes, but I didn't want to wait and not get anything.
