The digital rewards I redeem used to show up in my email shortly after. The last two times I have tried to redeem a reward, AARP took the points but never sent me the giftcards. Neither time did I hit the 5 cards a month maximum. If this a computer issue? There isn't a email contact listed on the redemption page, who do I contact about this?
We have been seeing some issues with sporadic emails and are currently looking into the problem. You can call our customer service for AARP Rewards, 866-451-6305 Weekdays 7am- 11pm ET. I have escalated this and we will have it resent as soon as possible.
