Redemption page not loading

Hello, I clicked on the below link and it was loading ad nauseum. I tried reloading, logging out & back in, nothing worked.

Hello I followed the instructions on that page. The page is still not loading.

A second browser had even more difficulty, with only a little red wheel turning (see blue arrow pointing to it).
