Yesterday I got BAD REQUEST on all the instant wins. When this happens in the afternoon I usually wait and play them again in the early evening around 8 pm and they usually work then.

I noticed that all 4 instant wins that were added this month (Jan 2026) do not have links for the free entry method. I wonder if this is intentional (possibly eliminating the free method) or just  an oversight??

@AARPConsumerCare , can you ask your IT Department to look into this concerning error message? I got it both times when using the FREE ENTRY OPTION for the Macy's & Michael's Instant Wins. Those were the ONLY ones I tried just now. Yesterday, they were fine.

I'm glad you posted this, I am having the same problem when doing the Spin to Win and also the free method of entry for the instant wins. It says the security certificate expired in the last day? Never a dull moment with AARP Rewards!!!

Hello AARP Brandon @AARPConsumerCare , here is the "information" you had requested yesterday. Just now had the time to find it for you.

(1) As stated in my previous complaint, the filter for "points only" giftcards is off this month.

(2) When "points only" filter is used for the category "retail" ONLY 18 giftcards show up.

10 are missing which show up when only the filter for "category" retail is used.

📸  I am attaching a screenprint of BOTH SEARCHES. (Search using filters for "points only & retail". Search using only filter for "retail".

(3) With the "points only" filter not working correctly, we have to now search through 142 giftcards for BOTH "purchase & points only" combined.

(1) For some time now, the really nice way of SEARCHING on your Rewards Site seems to have a glitch.

(2) For example.

The SEARCH FOR retail category, for points redemption type does NOT show ALL giftcards for that search.

We use to be able to search using these TWO FILTERS AND HAVE ALL giftcards show up.

(3) After I post this, I will send you guys a PM/private message as I know you will ask me to do this.
