Panera Gift Card Redemption

I did the extra credit then redeemed a Panera gift card. I got the notice that said thanks for your purchase of this gift card. I still haven’t gotten not gotten my gift card. I did this after midnight and now I see they are sold out. I wonder how many others are having this same issue.

Hi again @Rocky818 , The Panera one seems to do this lately.  There are already a few posts on this one this morning, posted on some previous threads from when this happened before on Panera.  Just make sure on your Reward dashboard, that you see that you did get one, either in the Redemption tab or Purchased tab.  Then wait a bit as was just mentioned.

Edit—**  Sorry that was a Papa John thread this morning.  But it has also happened with Panera like this not too long ago.

I did finally get mine around 8 hours later but at least i got it.  I appreciate the advice.  I see you give lots of advice.  Thank you!  I am sure most of us do appreciate that.

@Rocky818 , give it 24 hours before you start to worry.

This happens often with the 1st of each month.

IF your giftcard does NOT arrive after 24 hours, call them.
